Rachael cultivates spaces rooted in connection, belonging, and collective joy, ensuring members feel welcomed, informed, and genuinely supported. She is also a Corporate Trainer specializing in Leadership Development with more than 20 years of experience in People Development, guiding leaders to reflect on the legacy they are building and step fully into their potential. She is deeply committed to Black women living boldly, resting intentionally, and becoming their best selves, and considers creating and protecting spaces designed with Black women in mind both her calling and her joy.

Bridgette Jackson
Bridgette believes movement is medicine and that every Black woman deserves to feel strong, capable, and fully empowered in her body. Through BGJ’s fitness programs, she creates intentional spaces where women can move together, build discipline, and celebrate their strength in community. Her approach centers encouragement over comparison, reminding participants that wellness is a personal journey shaped by consistency, self-compassion, and collective support. She is passionate about helping women reclaim their health, deepen their confidence, and experience the joy that comes from honoring their bodies with care and commitment.
